I'm Manoel Dias. For more than six years I've been building software end to end — from the first conversation with the client to the system running in production.
I started solving problems for small companies, one at a time. In 2019 that became MD Solutions. I sell, architect, code and support what I deliver. I don't hand the problem off to someone else.
Over these years I've delivered systems for the legal, healthcare, nonprofit, sales, hospitality and e-commerce sectors. I work with React and Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, .NET and SQL Server, and I use AI in production — Claude and OpenAI — for document reading, classification and workflow automation, always with human review wherever the decision matters.
I also work as Tech Lead on insurance platforms and on SaaS products with a web app and a mobile app in production — systems integrated with ERPs, payment gateways and event buses, serving thousands of users. That's the kind of scale that teaches you what survives a real operation and what only works in a demo.
My work shows up in measurable things: a bug queue brought to zero, a screen that stops freezing, a stored procedure that goes from seconds to milliseconds, an integration that stops double-charging. I like legacy code treated with respect, well-indexed databases, idempotent integrations and technical decisions written down.
I hold a Civil Engineering degree from UNP and I'm studying Software Engineering at Anhanguera. I live in Natal, in Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. I work with clients anywhere.
Why the company exists
MD Solutions grew out of a simple observation: most of the money spent on technology is spent in the wrong place.
A company buys software to treat a symptom without ever having looked at the cause. Six months later the system is barely used, the team is back on spreadsheets, and the conclusion is “technology doesn't work for us”.
It does work. It just has to be applied at the right point.
That's why every project here starts with the assessment — including when the conclusion is that the client doesn't need to buy anything.
